These are the Days of Allah… from Bani Nadir to the ‘Flood of Al-Aqsa.’
[[He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the Book from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think they would leave, and they thought their fortresses would defend them from Allah. But Allah’s (torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).]] Surah Al-Hashr (59:2)
These are the Days of Allah… where the Creator’s might is manifested to us, showing His ability to uphold the truth and defeat falsehood. Days where Allah decrees victory for His army, defeats treacherous sinners, humiliates arrogant tyrants, opens doors of hope for those in despair, and revives the spirit of a nation whose land was occupied, honor violated, surrounded by enemies, wounded, with few supporters.
These are the Days of Allah… commemorating the expulsion of Bani Nadir from Medina in Rabi’ al-Awwal of the fourth year after the Hijra, when they betrayed their agreements, conspired against the ‘Mercy to the worlds', and thought their fortresses would protect them. Allah saved His Prophet and expelled the treacherous, making them destroy their homes with their hands and the hands of the believers, serving as a lesson for those with insight.
These are the Days of Allah… recalling the sixth of October 1973 when Egyptians raised their voices in ‘Allahu Akbar’ and began their battle during the blessed month of Ramadan while fasting. Allah granted them victory against their adversaries, surprising the world, especially after the enemies claimed to have an invincible army.
These are the Days of Allah… marking the seventh of October 2023, the ‘Flood of Al-Aqsa.’ A group from the servants of Allah, rightful inhabitants of the blessed Palestinian lands, rose up, roamed the lands, forged an epic of sacrifice, confused their enemies, and inflicted a significant defeat.
The blow dealt by the resistance against the Zionist enemy will not be negated by their attempts to manufacture a fake victory by targeting innocent civilians in Gaza with warplanes. These attacks targeted residential buildings, mosques, markets, resulting in nearly 8500 civilian martyrs (more than 60% being women and children), thousands injured, with numbers rising due to ongoing Israeli shelling of Gaza. Coupled with a total blockade, cutting off electricity, water, all life necessities, and blocking any medical or humanitarian supplies, forcing more than 1.4 million to seek refuge in UNRWA schools and other places of refuge. Such war crimes, in this manner, are unparalleled in the world, perpetrated only by the Israeli occupation.”
These desperate attempts by the Israeli occupation are a kind of confusion and disarray after the saga of the “Al-Aqsa Deluge” that made them lose their senses, especially after the number of their deaths exceeded 1,300 and more than 3,300 were injured. This number is likely to increase with the ongoing confrontation of the resistance with their soldiers and their continued presence in many places. Additionally, there is a large number of prisoners, including senior military leaders.
One of the foremost duties upon the Islamic nation, both individuals and nations, at this stage of conflict with the enemy is to renew the intention of Jihad for the sake of God, provide all forms of material and moral support to our brothers in Palestine, pray for them, disseminate their news, translate it into all languages, instill confidence and optimism in God’s victory, confront all forms of frustration that may creep into some, pressure governments to provide full support to the resistance, work to lift the siege off the sector to deliver aid to them, reject all forms of normalization with the aggressive enemy, and activate a widespread boycott of all collaborators with the occupation state and its supporters around the world.
The "Al-Aqsa Deluge” sent a strong message to all normalizers and demoralizers, urging everyone to side with the truth and the will of their nations, aligning with the resistance, which is their honor, glory, and their victory. As for the enemy, they have nothing left to offer them but illusions and have nothing to offer to the normalizers but shame and regret. It’s a clear message of truth to those who stand on the sidelines: [[And do not incline towards those who do wrong, lest you be touched by the Fire, and you would not have other than God any protectors; then you would not be helped.]] (Hud: 113).
Theatrics and Mockeries:
In our beloved Egypt, the coup regime tries to produce new roles through which it serves the Zionist entity to extend its stay and continue to oppress the Egyptians despite the years of tyranny. It moved against the direction that the people want and rushed powerfully towards chaos, hurriedly descending into the abyss, and moving enthusiastically into the unknown.
The coup regime Is diligently trying to repeat the same theatrics that have damaged Egypt’s reputation and deprived its people of their right to choose who governs them with transparent democratic mechanisms, especially after the assassination of the martyred president, Dr. Mohamed Morsi, the first civilian president who won in elections that were internationally recognized as fair and witnessed unprecedented public participation.
The Muslim Brotherhood has announced its clear stance rejecting these mockeries orchestrated by the coup and the efforts to impose them on the people. The group confirmed in its statement on 25 September that any elections under this regime involved in shedding Egyptian blood are a theatrical act that won’t result in any real change, but rather perpetuate the regime’s practices and deprive the Egyptian people of their rights. The real start to salvation from This nightmare is establishing an environment for communication between all political forces and parties, building trust bridges, and gradually removing the effects of polarization created by the coup.
The Muslim Brotherhood has charted a clear path for itself since its inception to deal with despotic regimes that do not resort to the will of the people and are not in harmony with their choices. It boldly speaks the truth and strives by all possible peaceful means to secure the nation’s right to freedom, regardless of the adversity and sacrifices it endures, without getting involved in violence or excommunication. The Brotherhood remained steadfast on this clear path, unwavering, not caring about those who deviate from it in an attempt to appease falsehood or hastily reach the end by means that conflict with the values of the Islamic project and are not in the country’s best interest.
Our threatened fortresses from within:
In the midst of the tension and uncertainty Egypt is experiencing during this era, on all political and economic levels, serious crises emerge. These crises manifest in the persistent attempts targeting the Egyptian society and family, aiming to dismantle and misguide their moral compass. The absence of the state’s role in creating positive role models has deprived the country of genuine development, which only thrives on the shoulders of the new generations. This is done by honing their skills and expanding their knowledge to stand as a solid barrier against those who wish to strip the nation of its identity, values, and civilization. Thus, the Muslim Brotherhood calls upon all authentic Egyptians to compensate for this official absence by emphasizing the roles of fathers and mothers in guiding their children and shaping their interests: “All of you are shepherds and each of you is responsible for his flock.”(hadith)
History offers lessons and reminders of those who raised their children on Islamic values, turning them into prominent figures, immersing them in religious knowledge and emphasizing their reformative missions. Among them, remembered this month of “Rabi’ al-Awwal”, are reformers and contributors to Islam, including: Al-Mansur Imad al-Din Zengi (541 AH), Imam Hassan al-Banna (1368 AH), Dr. Abdullah Azzam (1410 AH), Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal (241 AH), Imam Al-Haramayn Al-Juwayni (478 AH), Sheikh Mohamed Mahmoud Al-Sawaf (1413 AH), and the researcher Mahmoud Mohamed Shaker (1418 AH). We ask Allah for His mercy and forgiveness for them all.
We also draw lessons from the committed group of young heroes raised on correct beliefs, memorizing the Quran, engaging in jihad for the sake of Allah from a young age, armed with the necessary knowledge and patience until they had the honor of defending Palestine and the sanctities of the Ummah. Now, they launch their new battle (Al-Aqsa Storm), making the occupying enemy taste humiliation and defeat.
News of the Brotherhood
The despotic regime continues to carry out random arrest campaigns against the Muslim Brotherhood and Egyptians in general, detaining families, children, and using them as hostages to pressure politicians, journalists, thinkers, and opinion leaders.
The regime still claims that the Brotherhood supports one of the candidates. This comes in the context of creating a false electoral atmosphere and a deceptive momentum for an electoral process that lacks even formal standards and does not meet any objective or political conditions.
The brotherhood urges the media to exercise caution when sourcing misleading information about the group’s participation in this sham. This includes the regime’s media apparatus suggesting certain individuals speaking on behalf of the Brotherhood are liaising with potential candidates, or some candidates claiming such, or the regime itself circulating these incorrect narratives.
Despite the Brotherhood’s assertion that it does not recognize any elections conducted by the coup regime, the group continues to bear more arrests, including its leaders and thousands of its members and the country’s citizens from all orientations and backgrounds. They are incarcerated, facing all forms of violations and are deprived of all human rights, leading to the death of hundreds due to poor care in prisons.
Allah is the Greatest, and all praise is due to Him.
