Ten More Egyptians Abducted by Egyptian Security Forces in Beheira Last week

Security forces in the Beheira governorate, northern Egypt, abducted 10 people from the city of Damanhour on November 19th and 20th amid reports of being tortured.


Their names are added to a long list of victims of forcible disappearance by the Egyptian security forces against political dissidents since the military coup of July 2013, and they are:


1. Mostafa Sabri Eita, 19, student, Faculty of Arts


2. Amr Khaled Suwaidan, 18, student, Faculty of Commerce


3. Mohamed Hagar, 20, student, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine


4. Hussein Ragab Shammah, 20, vocational school graduate


5. Abd Al Rahman Waleed Abd Al Mon'im, 21, student, Faculty of Engineering


6. Ahmed Amer, 21, student, Institute of Social Service


7. Mohamed Ismail Al Habrouk, 22, student, Faculty of Education


8. Abdulrahman Aslaan, 22 student, Institute of Social Service


9. Mohamed Khalid Al Qamhawi, 30, Engineer


10. Ahmad Al Sharqawi, 51, owner of dental laboratory


Some of the victims were taken by security forces from their homes, others were kidnapped from the streets or from their workplaces.
