Muslim Brotherhood Denounces Coup Regime's Fierce Campaign of Arbitrary Arrests, Detention
Tuesday, January 19,2016 06:03

The Muslim Brotherhood deplores and denounces the vicious campaign being waged by the coup regime's Interior Ministry, in which it has arrested dozens of patriotic Egyptians, especially students and young people, in most governorates of Egypt. Junta and IM militias are still continuing this relentless campaign, in the belief that it could stop the approaching tsunami of peaceful popular protests on January 25.

Egypt youth have accepted the challenge. This state terror will not stop them. The atrocities being committed by the junta's security apparatuses indicate the extent of their fear and the chaos that impacted those agencies. They should realize that achieving the hopes of the people – to rid the homeland of despotism and oppression, to recover free will, pride, dignity and freedom – is near, much nearer than they think.

This blood spilled by cold-blooded criminals, and those sacrifices will not be laid to waste. They will mark the road to victory and pride. The day of fair retribution is certainly coming, sooner rather than later.

To Egypt's brave revolutionaries...

Be patient, persevere and stand steadfast. God is with you. He will not let you down.
