President Morsi and Freedom and Justice Party Congratulate Turkey, Erdogan on Elections Win
The office of President Morsi (now held captive by the military junta) sends a special congratulatory message to newly-elected Turkish President Erdogan.

 The Office of President Mohamed Morsi sent a congratulations letter to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his victory in the presidential election in Turkey. The congratulatory message said: "Congratulations and prayers for your continued success".

Meanwhile, the Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) sent the newly-elected President a message that read:

"The FJP offers sincere congratulations to the Turkish people and the Justice and Development Party on Mr Recep Tayyip Erdogan's win of the first direct presidential election in Turkey's modern history.

"The FJP wishes President Recep Tayyip Erdogan continued success in the leadership of the country and in achieving the Turkish people's hopes and aspirations for further progress and prosperity."
