Hamas: Palestinian Blood Will Not Pay for Israeli Election Race
Hamas: Palestinian Blood Will Not Pay for Israeli Election Race
Trapped behind illegal blockade and tall walls, Gaza Strip Palestinians get more heavily attacked by all manner of Israeli weapons every time there are elections, as Israeli leaders outbid one another, to show who is cruelest on Palestinians. This ‘season’ is upon us now, or so it seems.

Dr. Sami Abu Zuhri, Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) spokesman, said Israeli occupation authorities bear full responsibility for targeting civilians in the Gaza Strip.

In an official statement, Abu Zuhri said: “The Israeli escalation against Gaza, targeting, killing and injuring many civilians in the past few days is a dangerous development.

"I warn those who violate all laws and accords of grave consequences if they persist in this unprovoked aggression. The resistance has the full right to respond, to provide security and protection for the Palestinian people in the face of these repeated murderous raids."

Moreover, Fawzi Barhoum, Hamas spokesman, said: "We will not allow Palestinian blood to be the price for Zionist electoral games and Israeli political maneuvering.

"Targeting civilians, Israeli occupation forces bear full responsibility for the consequences of these attacks."
