Hamas invites Kuwaiti speaker to visit Gaza
Ismail Haneyya, the Palestinian premier, reached Jassem Al-Kharafi, the Kuwait parliament speaker, on the phone on Sunday and invited him to visit the besieged Gaza Strip.

A government statement reported  that Haneyya discussed with Al-Kharafi ,Palestinian developments including the national reconciliation efforts.

The speaker underlined the importance of ending the internal Palestinian discord, and reiterated his country's backing for the Palestinian people and their just cause.

Al-Kharafi mentioned the Arab parliamentary efforts in breaking the siege, and extended thanks for the warm welcome given to the Arab parliamentary delegation to Gaza a few weeks ago.
