Ministry of Interior issued an arrest warrant on Saturday against Mohamed El Helisi (MB candidate for 2005 parliamentary elections in Kafr El Sheikh) despite ordered released by the court of Dosouq.

He was also released by the court of Kafr El Sheikh after the prosecution appeal. El Helisi was moved to Wadi El Natroun prison yesterday.

Kafr El Sheikh Prosecution decided on Wednesday October 29, 2008 to imprison Brotherhood leading figure Mohamed El Helisi for 15 days pending investigations.

Security forces besieged the school during the school day time and arrested Helisi without any reasons or arrest warrants. They abducted him amidst bafflement of the students and teachers and went to his house at Kafr El Sudan to search it.

Security forces accompanied him to his house for search. However, his current custody is yet unknown
