90 MPs Organize Gaza Aid Convoy, Demand Stage Demonstration in Cairo Stadium
A number of members of the Egyptian People’s Assembly, lower chamber of parliament, from all political powers sent a request to Cairo security manager, Major General Ismail Al-Shaer asking him to allow holding a demonstration in Cairo International stadium next Thursday to declare the Egyptian people’s rejection to massacres committed and blockade imposed by Israeli Occupation Forces in Gaza Strip and to demand lifting this blockade.

A number of members of the Egyptian People"s Assembly, lower chamber of parliament, from all political powers sent a request to Cairo security manager, Major General Ismail Al-Shaer asking him to allow holding a demonstration in Cairo International stadium next Thursday to declare the Egyptian people"s rejection to massacres committed and blockade imposed by Israeli Occupation Forces in Gaza Strip and to demand lifting this blockade. The MPs are still waiting a response from security authorities to allow them to hold this demonstration. In the same context, 90 MPs submitted a request on Thursday to Dr. Fathi Sorour, the People"s Assembly speaker, to provide them with means of transportation while going to Rafah Border Crossing to send humanitarian aid and donations which they received from people in their constituencies. The MPs confirmed that they decided to travel to Rafah next Thursday to offer this aid to Palestinian people who are under IOF siege in Gaza Strip .
